When I started my virtual assistant business in 2017, I didn't know any VAs in the Caribbean.
Feeling like I was doing this new thing on my own - and the pressure of needing to support my family - left me wondering if I was making the right decision.
My first year was rough. But, in my 2nd year, my business started to grow and I had a lightbulb moment. I realised that there was a formula to this...a strategy that I'd been implementing that led to my success. It's what I call my '12-step roadmap'.
